If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the ship date. Please provide your name, contact information and order number along with the reason of concern. We will contact you back within 24 hours during normal business hours. Refunds will not be provided, however, we will exchange. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Victoria Lynn Jewelry has the sole discretion in determining whether the item being exchanged is in it’s original condition. All Sparkle Cup Chain bracelet repairs are to be done within 90 days from purchase with receipt.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A few things to consider:
*We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays.
*All of our orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service-Priority Mail. Delivery times are generally 2-5 business days. These are Post Office estimates and may take longer, particularly during peek seasons or extreme foul weather.
*All of our items are individually handmade to your specifications once your order is placed.
For all of these reasons, please allow 2 weeks to receive your order. If you do not receive your order within this time frame, email us and we can look up it’s status.
**Because of the high cost of expedited shipping, we do not offer it at this time.
